Wholesale Support Questions

For wholesale purchases with IngaSez Fashion we must have the following information from your boutique emailed to: inga@ingasez.com
* Boutique Name
* Name & Contact number for Buyer
* Links to all the boutique’s Website & Social Networking pages (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
* Copy or picture of business license
Once we have this information on file, you may send your request for purchase. Your PayPal invoice will be sent the same business day in most cases.

 All Merchandise from IngaSez Collections MUST be sold as IngaSez Fashion.
-NO re-naming merchandise
-NO changing and/or removing tags from merchandise (This is PROHIBITED in any capacity, and will result in a Termination of seller/merchant agreement) We also reserve the right to request that any remaining merchandise be sent back to us if guidelines are not adhered to.
-All merchandise sold/displayed on Boutique websites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram Etc.,
MUST be visibly marked as the brand IngaSez.

Wholesale prices are 30% off of the retail price. There is a 5 style minimum and you get 3 or more pieces per style in the sizes you want for the IngaSez Collection and Pre-Order Collection ( Exclusions may apply) ONLY. Buyers are REQUIRED to set their price point at the same as IngaSez or higher. IngaSez merchandise may be included in any promotions in store or on the retailer’s website, but MAY NOT be displayed as MARKED DOWN or SALE.

Payment

Payment

Payment is due IN FULL once order has been placed. All payments are to be made via PayPal, the invoice will be sent once the items request is reviewed. All payments must be made within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. If the invoice is not made within the 48 hour time frame then the order will be canceled.

Production & Shipping

Production & Shipping

Processing begins on the next business day of your received payment. Depending on the quantity of the order, the production can take up to 5 weeks. All items are shipped via USPS or FEDEX and paid for by you. The company will contact you with a tracking number for the wholesale order.

Return Policy

Return Policy

We would like to know the reason for the return so we can better serve our customers. When initially trying on your IngaSez fit, please try them on delicately. There will be absolutely no refunds.
Any orders that include measurements, cannot be cancelled. Even if the order hasn’t shipped yet. 99.99% of the time the item is already cut according to the measurements provided.
Upon returning your item, please follow these guidelines:
1. Please make sure the item has not been worn, and all tags are attached. So we ask that you return the item nicely so that another customer can buy a non-used/worn item.
2. Your package must be postmarked within 7 business days after receiving the item from IngaSez (which can be determined from tracking your item).
3. When shipping your return, please return the package with USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Tracking is important to prove you shipped it back. USPS also offers free envelopes with Priority Mail.
Processing your return:
Traditional way: Email us info@ingasez.com. Send the receipt back with your exchange, and we’ll process it manually for you when we get it.
All merchandise MUST be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered or damaged.

From Boutique Collection please allow up to 5 business days to process your order. IngaSez custom items can take up to 7-14 business days. A lot of times your order may shipped in 1-2 business days upon ordering from our Boutique Collection but we ask for up to 5 business days to be safe. Items from IngaSez Collections are made upon order and can take up to 7-14 business days. A lot of orders may be custom, and we cannot rush perfection. If you require RUSH shipping, there may be an additional production fee along with an additional shipping fee by the carrier of your choice. Please keep in mind we cannot control rush delivery fees by the shipping carrier. All RUSH orders should be called in first to confirm accuracy of inventory. Please do not order rush items without consulting. We need to confirm it can be done before you purchase to avoid disappointment. Our regular standard shipping is Priority Mail by USPS, 2-3 business days delivery (including Saturdays) AFTER we ship your package.

Depending on the weight of the product, quantity, and location, prices may vary. If this should happen, whatever you paid for shipping in your shopping bag will be used towards the final shipping amount. You will be contacted by one of our associates to discuss your preference.

Custom Orders

If you require anything custom in any size or design, please email & we will call for a consultation. All custom orders or sizes can take up to two 7-14 days to produce. Please do your best to provide accurate measurements because we cannot honor exchanges or refunds. Simply because the order may be a custom design that was your request and not ours, or a custom size that would be merely impossible to find another’s interest or re-sell. Custom orders may not be returned or refunded whatsoever.

If you decide to refuse a package or “change your mind” after we’ve already shipped your item, we have the right to charge 10% of the item.

There will be a dry cleaning fee deducted from your store credit, should the item(s) be returned with make up stains, bodily stains, odor, bronzer, makeup, or any type of stains that will be needed to be removed in order to re-sell the item.

These kinds of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill your orders, to communicate with you about your order and our site, and for internal marketing purposes.
